A new program has been initiated to bring Walk-Up IT support centers to several major campuses in the US and abroad. These resources will be providing desk side support, HW and SW Break-fix services to the end users. The resources will be assisting with standard software support and escalation of tickets to level 2 and level 3 support. They will be assisting the Lead Tech in provisioning and setup of the Walk Up Help Center and will have learn relevant process and procedures in order to provide customer support for the Walk Up Help Center. They will also provide input and documentation of a playbook.
