Customer Service Team Member needed for our HUGE logistics warehouse in Breinigsville ASAP! If you have strong CSR skills and inventory control knowledge APPLY NOW!!!

What you need to be able to do:

Perform clerical work as required including answering phone calls, operating various office machines and computers, corresponding with customers and greeting customers and visitors in the office.

Generate all related paperwork and necessary information required for customer work orders, checks all orders for special request, and posts inventory records.

Maintain a good working relationship with customers by responding to all inquiries and complaints concerning receipts, shipments, inventory counts, etc., in a courteous and efficient manner.

Interact with customers by phone, email, or in person and receive orders or changes in service.

Coordinate special, last minute shipping request with the warehouse, expediting orders as necessary.

Process and input all customer orders and receipts.

Report customer feedback to management including any signs of customer dissatisfaction.

Perform paperwork associated with orders including the maintenance of customer files.

What you need to be eligible:

Minimum 6 months related experience and/or training.

Stable work history.

Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment.

Have an intermediate level of Microsoft Office systems along with strong data entry skills

Previous experience in the logistics and transportation industry is preferred.

The ability to operate the WMS inventory system is a big plus!

You have to be able to easily communicate in English�no exceptions.

HS Diploma or Equivalent.
