  • Coordinate shipping and receiving of finished goods and materials to customers and other CCNA locations.
  • Interact with forklift drivers, Shipping Lead, Warehouse Manager, Production Manager, Supervisors and truck drivers to ensure the right product is shipped and received to and from the correct location in a timely manner.
  • Use SAP shipping/receiving system and MS Office tools, specifically Excel and e-mail.
  • Perform inventory counts of finished goods, raw materials and minerals.
  • Plan and communicate to Inventory Specialist when to reconcile 500 area (Production) # caps and preforms.
  • Monitor Production Schedule in SAP (YPSR) (daily) for possible schedule changes and changeovers.
  • Plan and coordinate staging of materials needed for daily production runs.
  • Monitor and order materials that are not tracked through SAP.
  • Update shipping schedule and SAP when orders are received and shipped.
  • Investigate historical SAP receiving transactions.
  • Perform inventory transfers in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Make shipment adjustments as needed.
  • Notify Production Leads and Supervisors of situations that could result in a disruption to production operations.
  • Prepare Fed-Ex labels for shipment of samples and customer returns.
  • Receive inbound loads in SAP and DataPass.
  • Perform multiple SAP transaction to modify or correct loads.
  • Collate, prepare, distribute and process the various bills of lading, reports and customer services.
  • Comply with the Code of Business Conduct and all CCNA policies and procedures.
  • Maintain GMP and safety requirements including PPE.
  • Ensure and adhere to all Special Instructions on BOL.
  • Ensure inbounds are received timely and accurately.
  • Ensure FEFO of raw materials and sustain inventory accuracy.
  • Monitor and order miscellaneous materials i.e. labels, glue and pallet wrap.
  • Order Ongweoweh and Chep pallets for production runs.
  • Schedule dunnage returns (preform bins and lids) and return of recycle pallets.

  • Full knowledge of shipping/receiving process and computerized systems.
  • One-year directly related experience in SAP.
  • The ability to work at a high level without monitoring, instruction or supervision.
  • Applied Reading: The ability to read, understand, and apply standard written text in English that may or may not be written in traditional sentence form such as letters, memos, or manuals to complete job tasks.

At CCNA Grand Prairie Water Plant. Work is performed mostly in the warehouse shipping office and warehouse shipping docks. Work requires exposure to moderate noise levels, confined spaces, heights, wetness, and working around moving equipment. Work performed mostly on fixed shifts, 24 hr. operation 7 days a week. Manufacturing facility is subject to extreme heat and cold. Multi-shift facility.
Personal protective equipment. Hoist, hand cart, hand tools, measuring instruments, equipment operations manuals.
