Job Description: Warehouse Logistics Manager - CSC Largo
Status: Full Time

Job Summary - The Warehouse Logistics Manageris responsible for overseeing all warehouseoperations functionsincluding receiving, order picking,packing, shipping,transportation, and inventorymanagement. The Warehouse Logistics Manger is also responsible for the hiring, training,orientation, supervision, and evaluation of all warehouse employees. Inventory accuracy is the job of all warehouseassociates.

Supervisor - Director of Consolidated Supply Chain Operations or MarketSupply Chain Director

Supervises - Warehouse Supervisor, Inventory Analyst,Drivers

Essential Duties & Responsibilities (included but not limitedto):
  • Oversee all warehousefunctions.
  • Assist in preparation of annual warehouse operation budget.
  • Maintain operating expenses based on an annualoperating budget.
  • Interview and hire all warehouse employees.
  • Provide warehouse training to all new employees.
  • Prepare warehouse Key Performance Indicatorreport.
  • Ensure that all policies and procedures are being followedby the warehouse staff.
  • Assist in inventory management as needed.
  • Maintain effectivecommunication with customers, co-workers, and other team members.
  • Ensure that all material handlingand transportation equipmentis properly maintained.
  • Supervise physical inventory counts during semi-annual inventory.
  • Ensure warehouse operations meet all department mandated timeframes and deadlines.
  • Prepare and conductannual performance reviews for warehouse staff.
  • Perform other dutiesas assigned.
  • Practice and adhereto the "Code of Conduct"philosophy and "Missionand Value Statement".

  • Technical skills - able to operate a fork lift vehicleand a motorized pallet jack


EDUCATION
  • High School Diplomaor GED is required
  • Associates or Bachelor's Degree is preferred

EXPERIENCE
  • 5 years previouswarehouse operations management experience
  • Prior experience in managing a dedicatedtransportation fleet desired
  • Experience in healthcare distribution a plus

CERTIFICATE/LICENSE
  • Valid State Driver's License

PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORKING CONDITIONS - Requires standingand walking for long periods of time. Must be able to push and pull a variety of carts and material handlingequipment. Must be able to climb, stoop, kneel, and reach. Requiresability to make substantial movements of the wrists,hands, and fingers. Must be able to hear, see, and communicate through written and verbal means. Requiresability to touch and differentiate textures and temperatures. Must be able to move and/or lift up to 50 pounds. Work is performed inside an office environment and a warehouse environment that has good ventilation and comfortable temperatures. Staff must remain flexibleand available to providestaffing assistance for any/alldisaster or emergency situations.
