IBM Cloud Video is looking for a Customer Success Agent (Japanese Specialist) to work as a part of the Ustream/IBM Cloud Video support team answering support inquiries ranging from billing to technical issues related to our customers in English and Japanese.
Engage with clients about their inquiries, ensuring their successful use of the platform
File bug reports and trending issues experienced by Japanese clients
Ensure that all assigned tickets are responded to quickly
Follow-up, stay in touch with, and close the loop on any related customer inquiries, issues, or related assignments.
