Wealth and Investment Management (WIM) is one of the company’s four main divisions. WIM businesses build enduring client relationships through sound, thoughtful and objective advice. We help our clients by developing individualized plans for everything from retirement goals to business succession planning, to family legacy intentions. Services include comprehensive planning and advice, investment management, brokerage, private banking, estate planning strategies, trust, insurance and both individual and institutional retirement.
Drive brokerage revenue in both affluent and hi-net worth markets within a specific geographical region. Partner with the Senior Director of Brokerage and respective Regional Managing Diretor(s) on driving brokerage revenue of $120mm to $170mm and cross-selling to the hi-net worth client within the Private Bank. Partner with local regional bank senior management on driving brokerage revenue and cross-selling to mass affluent client within Wealth and community banking. Coach and manage Regional Brokerage Managers. This position will be expected to work RBMs to focus on successfully achieving region-specific business plans, partnering with TPB and community bank, recruiting and retaining Financial Advisors, facilitating FA productivity growth, and risk management. Will be responsible for providing leadership, oversight and resources to sales team members to increase investment sales across all lines of business.Required Qualifications
