The Oracle.com Analytics team is responsible for delivering web metrics and analysis across Oracle's web properties to contribute to global marketing objectives. Working with product and other marketing teams as well as executives, the group provides data-driven B2B marketing consultation.

- An expert in marketing performance management and business analysis, as well as Adobe Site Catalyst and statistical methods, who can translate data into actionable recommendations.

- Recommend, achieve buy in for and develop new analytical reports and methods that will enhance marketers' knowledge and understanding of their performance vs. business goals, and enable them to "turn the dials" for business performance
-Prepare scheduled and ad-hoc reports that highlight key metrics and trends and be able to articulate those trends and recommend ways marketers can respond to them.
-Manage website analytics tools (primarily Adobe Site Catalyst) and leverage automation to the maximum extent possible.
-Train marketing and other lines of business on web analytics tools and techniques with a goal of transferring knowledge for maximum analytical expertise.
-Write functional requirements and QA test plans for site tracking and configuring Web Analytics software.
-Participate in site builds/re-launches to ensure proper measurement tools are in place.
-Deliver information to various stakeholders including executives in the format that's most informative for them, including but not limited to Excel and PowerPoint.
- Develop and deploy SiteCatalyst code across a wide range of websites
Knowledge of site catalyst code (development, testing, implementation, etc.)
-8 years of web analytics/measurement experience
-4 years experience with Adobe Site Catalyst.
- Deep understanding of performance metrics, marketing strategy, marketing campaigns, website user behavior and advanced website technology such as personalization, retargeting and more.
-Excellent writing, communication and presentation skills, including working with teams in disparate countries and geographies.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
-Advanced reporting and data visualizations skills including report automation
Manage Oracle*s relationship with the influential industry analyst community. This includes managing information flow and all aspects of the relationship.
As an Analyst Relations manager you will be responsible for managing the flow of information from Oracle to the analyst community. You will also be responsible for Oracle*s commercial relationship with the analyst firms. You will be running a proactive briefing program for a product, service or industry. This includes lobbying the analysts to produce positive coverage of Oracle that the can be used by the field to support deals and Oracle*s positioning.
Acknowledged authority within the Corporation. Acts as a leader of large-scale company initiatives. Viewed by peers as a leader and top contributor and by line management as a key business partner. Ability to work independently and to lead a virtual team across Oracle business units. Excellent project management skills as well as written and verbal communication. Thrives in a fast paced environment, enjoys working with people and managing relationships. Experience working with Industry Analysts either as an employee of an analyst firm, or as an analyst relations professional for a technology vendor. 10 years related experience and BA/BS degree in business, marketing, or technical major preferred.
