Seeking a Web Developer to join our Marketing Department; who will report to the Director of Digital Marketing and work closely with the Senior Web Developer on a range of supporting website CMS projects using PHP, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3 on a LAMP environment.
Your day will consist of working in a fast-paced environment where you will be called upon to pragmatically solve problems and stretch your skill set to create interactive and dynamic web solutions, deliver a memorable brand experience and increase lead generation. The right candidate will bring 4- 5 years of experience, knowledge, and creative thinking while using a wide variety of resourceful techniques to develop useful digital marketing interactive experiences and strong backend programming.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Design, code, test, document, troubleshoot and support interfaces between business systems.
-Responsible for working on scalable, interactive web sites using Drupal WordPress that are optimized for different devices.
-Write logic in the appropriate programming language to meet functional requirements.
-Produce common components that can be leveraged across multiple devices.
-Provide all required development or operational support to ensure websites are performing to standards while ensuring stability.
-Follow programming standards and change management processes.
Experience and Skills:
-BA in Computer Science, or similar.
-Excellent verbal, written and communication skills
-Experience developing large scale Drupal CMS web applications supporting high-traffic sites.
-Full Stack Drupal/ WordPress development experience.
-Experience building responsive web design for tablets and mobile.
-Experience designing, building and implementing interactive projects like virtual tours, HTML5+CSS3 animations.
-Proven skills developing digital media solutions for a website
-Proven experience in creating architectures for large traffic, scalable websites.
-Experience in social widget and application development.
-Ability to communicate effectively with employees and managers of the organization.
-Strong conceptual skills and the ability to support and communicate ideas.
-Highly organized, able to multi-task successfully, detail oriented and ability to work under tight deadlines.
-Strong time management skills.
-Ability to produce routine reports and correspondence.
