Essential Functions Responsibilities: • Learning and setting up website basic and advanced functionalities. Selecting banners, posting notification for users, updating news feeds, etc… are basic functions. • Collaborate with Marketing Team for development of graphics, and design elements. • Serve as the point of contact on all website changes. • Working on Agile environment. • Manage and control user's permissions on contents and rights. It includes handling user permissions on different pages and limitations on user content according to the user level rights. • Manage site functionality and user experience on all digital platforms. Tracking user usability and user experience on different device and browsers. • Responsible for digital platform analysis, planning, testing and enhancements • Manage the update, edits or changes in content and images. • Test websites for their cross-browser, device and screen resolution compatibility. • Work with IT, Marketing, and Digital Manager to set road map and execute site optimizations, enhancements, settings, and new functionality. Competencies, Skills, and Abilities: • Excellent knowledge and skills on running multiple websites as webmaster. • Strong understanding of digital platforms (banners/contents/portable devices/browsers), and website operations. • Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, content management arrangement. • Advance website front-end designing skills. • Manage multisite website setting and functionality. • Good Knowledge of FTP and cpanel. • Building/Editing templates and themes for different CMS. • Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop (similar applications) and image processing. • Quick learning attitude on new CMS and its settings. • Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks/projects while meeting established deadlines. • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Meticulous attention to detail. • Excellent interpersonal skills. • Experience working on Agile environment or similar. • Ability to work independently or as an integral part of a team. Required experience: • Adobe Photoshop: 3-5 Years • WordPress, and other CMS: 4 -5 Years • HTML, JavaScript and CSS: 4 -5 Years Good to have qualification and skills: • Undergraduate degree with at least 2 years of experience or 5 to 7 years of experience. • Advance website front-end designing skills. • Managing website contents on various social platforms.
