The Web Usability Analyst is responsible for facilitating design discussions, creating interaction designs, iterating on designs, and conducting user experience research and usability tests to improve user interactions and flows. You will design and analyze next-generation experiences for AIM's solutions that support benefits management for imaging cardiology, sleep medicine, specialty pharmaceuticals and oncology.

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

Works closely with Technology and Business Owners to improve the user experience and user interactions while meeting the metrics of our shared goals
Performs usability design and analysis tasks in collaboration with project team, customer, and users
Involved during the design, development and post production implementation phases
Act as the usability lead and expert, providing guidance on best practice to business stakeholders.
Assess usability needs for projects based on customer needs, budget, and priorities.
Partners with the business team to defines the scope for usability studies
Recruits and performs usability studies for internal and/or external end user
Captures and analyzes user feedback data captured during usability studies
Creates and presents the study reports which include recommendations and priorities based on the observations and feedback received
Works closely with the Project and/or Product team to ensure that the user remains at the heart of the design process ("voice of the customer").
Creates and maintains usability standards and guidelines including adherence to a common style guide.

The qualified candidate will have:

BA/BS in a related field
4-5 years of experience in usability design and analysis
Or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background
Certification in interaction design or related field preferred.
Must have Axure or similar experience for wireframes and prototyping
Experience with healthcare preauthorization process and/or systems preferred
Experience with call center software applications a plus
Experience with copywriting for the web a plus
