What you’ll be doing...

You’ll be using your technical expertise and sales skills to help develop wireless and networking solutions for our customers. Your role will involve identifying customer sales opportunities, conducting needs analyses, developing appropriate solutions, and seeing solutions through to implementation. You will also work closely with partners from across the business to identify additional sales opportunities that most efficiently meet client needs. We are constantly innovating to bring the best cutting-edge technologies to our customers to enable them to work faster and smarter and you can be part of the team to make this happen.

  • Driving regional account penetration by leveraging new and existing products and services, and collaborating with the sales teams at every level of the organization.
  • Translating customer business issues/opportunities into technical solution/business requirements.
  • Partnering with other subject matter experts to develop solutions and design system architecture for assigned customer base with an emphasis on global managed services and communications solutions portfolio.
  • Authoring and delivering network designs, statements of work, and technical project plans, incorporating service and program management opportunities.

The position,will provide pre/post sales implementation and on-going support to existing and new customers utilizing data, IoT, wireless Private Network, device troubleshooting, and wireless integrated solutions.

You have an eye for detail, but never let the big picture pass you by. People know you for your ability to see new opportunities for clients and create high value solutions that improve the way they do business. You take a keen interest in the competitive landscape and the latest trends and technologies and the possibilities it creates. As an effective communicator, you build strong client and team relationships and can explain complex technical systems in a straightforward manner by tailoring the content to your audience as appropriate.

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Familiarity with solutions-oriented sales (Axiom-like methodology).
  • Proven capabilities to conduct prospect and territory research to uncover and close sales opportunities.

Even better if you have:

  • A degree.
  • Understanding of contract stipulations and ability to negotiate customer contracts.
  • Experience securing C-suite level meetings and executive briefings.

The successful candidate will collaborate with customers by providing customer needs analysis, engineering and design of technical solutions, technical presentations and technical consultation to internal and external customers.

- Drives implementation and end to end support to business partners.
- Escalation point for external customers and B2B reps on technical customer issues.
- Responsible for re-creation of failures and malfunctions experienced at customer sites and resolving those failures and malfunctions by trouble shooting networks, systems and apps
