Amgen is looking for a Work Order Coordinator that will be responsible for independently administering and coordinating the Work Order Process for Epogen® (EPO) Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) commercial manufacturing at Thousand Oaks B7.
The Work Order Coordinator acts as liaison between group Managers, System Supervisors, Quality Assurance team members, engineers and craft team leads within maintenance in matters regarding the Work Order process and documentation.
Position Responsibilities:
Administer and maintain the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) database
Schedule and facilitate regular Work Order processing meetings and interface with the Regulatory Affairs Department to assure their awareness of all Work Order activity
Review of work order documentation for accuracy and partnering with appropriate contacts for resolution
Maintain work order documentation of all maintenance, repairs and modifications to all physical equipment, system and facilities
Produce and distribute regular and custom reports to provide records of Work Order activity, equipment history and other CMMS information necessary to manage operations
Assist Planners and Schedulers in documentation. Provide orientation, training, develop and conduct work order process training and orientation training for work order system users
Scan and link attachments to electronic work orders, filing and archiving, as well as, providing customer service support for the Facilities Service Operations Center
Basic Qualifications
Associate's degree and 2 years of Facilities Maintenance experience
OR
2 years in a technical school setting with hands-on experience
OR
High school diploma / GED and 4 years of Facilities Maintenance experience
Preferred Qualifications
3+ years' experience in a maintenance administrative role
Experience in use and administration of a computerized information tracking systems
Organizational skills, customer service skills, ability to lead change, ability to lead a team, excellent communication skills (written and oral) and ability to problem solve across functional units
A high degree of computer literacy and under minimal supervision, performs effectively within the established regulations and guidelines
