Certification or equivalent hands-on system experience required
working in either the Health or Public Services sector is highly preferred;
however, if no experience in that area, must have strong hands-on experience in
Workday implementations including development, design, and configuration
- Minimum 2+ years hands
experience with Workday and at least 1 year or full implementation of
Workday with at least 4 full data conversions
- Proficiency in at least one
of the following data conversion areas:
- EIBs/iLoad solutions
- Complex reporting
(calculated fields, Workday object model)
and experience must be hands-on in implementation and/or configuration of
Workday solutions, not just functional utilization
- Advanced knowledge in
- Minimum of 2+ years prior
be able to travel each week 100% between Monday - Thursday
- Workday HCM certification
- Bachelor's Degree
