IBM is seeking an experienced professional in Talent Management Solutions Sales. This individual would manage and administer the daily operations of the Talent Management sales team as well as help articulate the benefits of IBM's Talent Management services and solutions for C-level clients using a consultative selling approach. This Domain Expert is expected to have strong Human Resource Management best practice experience, sales experience, as well as solid industry acumen when highlighting the value of IBM Talent Management solutions for clients.
 
Responsibilities: The Talent Management Domain Expert is expected to create, execute, and evaluate sales campaigns to maximize revenue and achieve business objectives. Responsibilities would include prospecting new business in HR sales channels, responding to client inquiries, demonstrating IBM's Watson Talent offerings, servicing existing business, and developing positive client relationships. This individual would also coach and train wider IBM team members on sales concepts, approaches, and analytics techniques.
 
Additional responsibilities include:
  • Designing and implementing performance evaluations to assess the viability and sustainability of Talent opportunities and deals
  • Planning and participating in Talent Management marketing campaigns and programs
  • Working closely with marketing personnel in developing accurate sales collateral
  • Identifying and developing new business leads
  • Participating in assessing performance of sales initiatives
  • Collecting and analyzing data on marketing trends and IBM's products in the Human Resource Management space
 
Required Skills and Experience:
  • 5+ years HR sales experience
  • Extensive knowledge of Talent Management sales approaches, tools, and techniques
  • Solid background in Human Resource Management best practice
  • Strong customer service skills and consulting experience
  • Mentoring experience and the ability to motivate teams to achieve business goals
  • Business analysis and strategic planning
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate with teams within IBM and partners externally
  • Creative problem solver and open to change
 
*Preferred Professional and Technical Expertise
  • 5+ years' direct, face to face customer-selling experience
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in related field
