We are seeking a sharp, personable, and organized person to grow this company's presence. This is a contract to hire opportunity, based in Dallas, TX.The ideal candidate would love cars, enjoy working on cars and able to provide excellent customer service to clients in and out of the facility.
Perform administrative support tasks; proofreading, typing, operating calculators, and other office equipment Operate telephone switchboard to answer, screen, route calls and relays messages.
Greet and answer inquiries for general public, customers and visitors; announce and log visitors.
Process outgoing mail and receive deliveries Support office manager with badging, telephone, mail, and hotel bookings
Duration: 12 months
Pay Rate: $17.00/hour
